Support Fund for Student Summit a2ru (FASS)

As the only non-American University of the Alliance for the Arts in Research Universities (a2ru), the Catholic University is committed to provide our students a comprehensive experience in an environment that will nurture them on the knowledge of other cultures, other language and other academic experiences.

The Direction of Arts and Culture (DAC) of the Vice-Presidency of Research runs a Support Fund for UC Students’ attendance to the Student Summit that takes place annually at a university in the United States.

The fund aims to promote the participation of students interested in an international event focused on the intersection of arts, sciences, and technologies with the challenges presented by learning in the context of a pandemic. Regular UC undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students from any major are eligible to apply.

This fund partially covers expenses such as airfare, travel insurance, visa (ESTA), and living costs.
